Railway Road - Carnegie
This small-scale development in Carnegie involved the complete construction of two architecturally designed townhouses on a single block, with the intention of bringing these high-quality homes to market.
Intelligent planning. Disciplined delivery.
Townhouse developments can be a strong investment opportunity, but they rely on disciplined coordination, clear communication and careful project management. Throughout the build, we maintained a strong focus on timeline, budget and build quality. When design changes were proposed, we worked through them transparently to manage impacts and find solutions that kept the project on track.
Design for Everyday Living
From the street, the homes present with strong lines and a confident material palette of render, brick and dark detailing, softened by landscaping that connects them to the surrounding neighbourhood.
Inside, the focus shifts to light and warmth. Natural timber flooring, crisp white walls and black-framed glazing create a calm backdrop for open-plan living that flows seamlessly to the rear garden through large sliding doors — extending the living space and making the footprint feel generous.
Upstairs, the bedrooms are generous and filled with natural light, providing privacy and separation from the main living zones below.
The stunning centrepiece
The kitchen forms the centrepiece of each home. A sculpted island with fluted detailing introduces subtle texture, balanced by stone surfaces that wrap down the sides for a refined finish. Timber joinery softens the palette, while integrated storage and streamlined appliances keep the design clean and functional.
