Lawsons Parade - Highett

We constructed two charming weatherboard residences on this site, working closely with the clients throughout the entire process. Without an architect involved in the project, we partnered directly with them on many aspects of the design and construction, collaborating to bring their vision to life.

Delivering Certainty in Uncertain Times

The build took place during the challenges of the COVID period, with material shortages and ongoing uncertainty affecting the industry. Despite this, we approached the project with a can-do attitude, working proactively to manage delays and keep the build progressing.

Through clear communication and a shared commitment to the outcome, we were able to navigate the challenges and successfully deliver two beautiful homes.

We constructed two homes that feel generous, light-filled and considered, inside and out.  They sit comfortably within the neighbourhood while still offering a fresh, modern feel. The façade includes clean lines and neutral tones and the private driveways and fencing give each home their own identity.

Timeless

The bathrooms were designed to feel timeless with a subtle point of difference.  White subway tiles keep the palette calm and classic, while patterned floor tiles add personality without overwhelming the space. Wall-mounted tapware and vessel basins create a refined finish, and the mirrored cabinetry keeps the room practical and uncluttered.
